Finding a balance in adulthood can sometimes prove difficult. At times hindering our own enjoyment in life. Relationships, changes in health, and past experiences can become prominent figures resulting in stress and a poor sense of self. Working to overcome challenges by incorporating ones values, strengths, and new techniques is a core area of my work with adults. In addition, creating a new outlook and ownership over ones life are ways we work to re-establish stability and regain control in ones life.
